Terms of Service

TrimHQ gives salons a dashboard, a public shop page, online booking and payment tools. Customers booking through a salon's page enter into the appointment with that salon, not with TrimHQ.

You must provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you enter about your clients, including having a lawful basis to process it.

The Salon Pro Plan is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

When a customer pays online, TrimHQ charges the salon a platform fee of 1% of the payment amount. Payments made at the salon carry no platform fee. Card processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms.

Customers can cancel upcoming bookings from their booking page. Each salon sets its own cancellation and refund rules and is responsible for honouring them.

Salons may connect a domain they own. You are responsible for the domain registration and its DNS settings.

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, TrimHQ is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits rights you have under consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
